I'm Sarah, and I offer trauma-informed home support; everything from decluttering and depression cleans to burnout resets and emotional item sorting.
Trauma-informed means I work with compassion and understanding for people going through burnout, grief, or mental health challenges. I know how heavy it can feel to face these tasks alone so there's no judgement here, only help.

Trauma-Informed Home Management
Gentle, practical help for when life feels overwhelming.
What is trauma-informed home management?
It is a highly specialized service that moves beyond basic cleaning to offer executive function support, emotional safety, and practical restoration.
It is needed because traditional services often cause more anxiety. For clients dealing with mental health challenges, severe burnout, grief (for example) a standard cleaner is too clinical, too rushed, or simply non-judgmental enough.
My Approach (The Specialist Difference)
1. Dignity-First Partnership: I never assume or judge. I lead with your consent (Choice & Control) and focus on creating structural safety first.
2. Rigid Structure, Flexible Pace: I use structured SOPs (like The Full Day Reset) to create calm and prevent overwhelm for your nervous system; and mine.
3. Space Reclamation: I focus on turning areas of shame into areas of peace. This includes emotional item sorting and creating clear systems (not just a tidy-up).
4. Energy Management: I don't just clear the home; I help clear the mental load, allowing you to step into a safe space without the pressure of "keeping up."
